My name is Maurice Randall. You can find all of my contact info here. I've been involved in various forms of motorsports all my life. It didn't have a motor but I raced in the Pinewood Derby a few times when I was in the cub scouts and I still have the car!. Then it was the Soap Box Derby, and I have that car too.
When I was old enough to drive, I took up drag racing at the local drag strip and then started traveling to drag strips all over Michigan. I raced in NHRA and IHRA in the Stock Eliminator classes. Back in 1978 and 1979, I set IHRA National records in the class I was running in.
I moved on to short track racing and eventually finding my way to NASCAR and ARCA. I competed in 4 NASCAR Winston Cup events in 1984 and 1985 and from 1986 through 1993, I competed in almost 100 ARCA events.
Since then, I've helped others find their way to local short track championships as well as working at a few local short tracks in Michigan, Spartan Speedway, Springport Motor Speedway, and Auto City Speedway. I even took on the task of leasing Springport Motor Speedway for one season in 2007 and operating the facility for that season as the promoter.
In 2008, I was offered the chance to drive someone elses car in the Great Lakes Supercup Series which is a series for 1/2 scale Mini Cup cars. I went on to win the series championship that year.
My primary job consists of operating my own auto repair shop. It's just a one-man operation, me, located in the small town of Charlotte, Michigan. I've been doing this since 1980.
I also took up computer programming, beginning way back in 1982. It was just a hobby but became much more than that as I learned the ins and outs of computer programming. That background has helped me considerably in setting up the system to operate this email service with.
